Flett Exchange operates and develops environmental markets. Our online markets facilitate the buying and selling of Solar Renewable Energy Certificates (SRECs) and environmental credits. Environmental Broker (Jersey City, NJ)

Seeking brokers to expand our markets.

Responsibilities:

Comprehend, implement and exercise Flett Exchange principles.
Assist clients with Flett Exchange software so they can become more competitive and increase profitability.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to grow revenue with both existing and future clients.
Promote Flett Exchange through sales and marketing campaigns.
Help in the customization of new environmental markets.

Requirements:

BS/BA degree in finance, economics, or engineering from a premier academic university.
Previous experience and knowledge of environmental markets.
Ability to fundamentally and technically analyze markets.
Developed sales and marketing skills set.
Persistent, team-player who has the ability to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Computer proficiency and literacy in the following applications: Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM software (Customer Relation Management).
