OTC Brokers
All brokers must be registered with either ICE and/or NYMEX clearport
All customers to be brokered must be "eligible commercial entities"
Permission Flett Exchange LLC to clear the trades through NYMEX Clearport or ICE.
Flett Exchange needs all pertinent customer information to confirm deals.
Sign the User agreement for "exempt commercial markets" OTC brokers
Market-Makers
All market-makers must designate one or more OTC brokers. These brokers will receive commission for all trades done on the system.
Market-makers must permission OTC brokers to place orders on their behalf on the Flett Exchange Platform if they choose to do so.
Market makers must be "eligible commercial entities"
Market makers must permission Flett Exchange LLC to process trades on their behalf on the NYMEX Clearport system or on ICE.
Provide Flett Exchange with pertinent information for clearing purposes.
