Enphase (Enlighten)

Grant access on mobile with the Enphase App or via the Web Portal

Mobile App Instructions

  1. Log in to the Enphase App and select MENU.

  2. Select Account.

  3. Select My Access Control.

  4. Scroll down to the User Access Settings section, enter and tap Grant Access.

Please contact us once you have completed the above steps so we can confirm access.

Web Portal Instructions

Important: Please REPLY and tell us when this is completed so we can confirm. We are not notified of access by Enphase and have no other way of knowing.
  1. Log into your Enlighten account (computer is best but may work on mobile phone)

  2. Click this link to configure your Enlighten account to allow us to see your generation:

  3. Check the box "My Solar System" and Confirm
  4. Please reply to our email so we can confirm on our side
If after clicking the link you see:
“Confirm Access: You do not have permission to grant access to any systems”
Then you will need to contact your installer and have them allow "info@flettexchange.com" access. Once granted, you must approve access via an email from Enphase. Please let us know when completed.

Mobile App Instructions

  1. Log into the Sunstrong App (Sunpower)
  2. Click Profile at the bottom, then Reports
  3. Click the orange "edit" icon (top right)
  4. Type in "Enter Recipient Email" and click Add
Important: Be sure to click SAVE after adding the email address.

SolarEdge

Your installer needs to grant Full Access to through the SolarEdge monitoring portal.
